Our Story
India generates over 62 million tonnes of solid waste annually, of which nearly 60% is organic. Most of it ends up in landfills — releasing methane, contaminating groundwater, and representing an enormous missed opportunity. Vogen Energy was built to change that.
We started with a focus on compressed biogas production from wet organic waste — a proven technology that converts food waste, agricultural residues, and organic effluents into clean fuel, biofertiliser, and renewable energy. Over time, we have expanded our capabilities to serve every sector that generates organic waste at scale.
Founded in 2026, Vogen Energy works with residential communities, commercial establishments, industrial facilities, municipalities, and farms — designing, building, and operating integrated organic waste management systems that are technically rigorous, economically viable, and genuinely sustainable.
To accelerate India's transition to a circular economy by converting organic waste streams into clean energy, biofertiliser, and recovered resources — reducing landfill dependence, cutting greenhouse gas emissions, and creating lasting value for the communities and industries we serve.
